Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How will my ticket work?2021-11-18T14:47:56+00:00

The majority of tickets for Forum events will be e-ticket or print-at-home ticket. This will allow you to minimise the amount of time you may have to queue, and reduce contact with the front of house team.  We will not be collecting tickets from you, we will just be checking them for correct performance details and seating information.

What Happens if I have Covid and are isolating and can’t use my ticket?2022-01-10T10:14:43+00:00
We recommend that you take the option of “Ticket Protection” when purchasing your ticket with us which will provide you with the option of a refund if you are unable to attend the performance.  If someone in your party is confirmed as Covid positive or has symptoms and is isolating, there is no need to worry.
Each individual promoter may also be happy to offer exchanges on tickets, please email CUSTOMER.SERVICES@TICKETSOURCE.CO.UK for assistance with your ticket queries.
Please note if you are feeling unwell or are showing signs of Covid-19 or have been asked to isolate you should not attend any event at The Forum Theatre.

What is your Refund Policy?2022-03-17T15:40:33+00:00

We recommend that you take the option of “Ticket Protection” when purchasing your ticket with us which will provide you with the option of a refund if you are unable to attend the performance under certain circumstances.  Please make sure you read the terms and conditions of the policy carefully to ensure it meets with your needs.  IF you do not have refund protection, promoters may, at their discretion, offer ticket exchanges or refunds for Forum Theatre Events and you would need to speak with them directly.
